Dean-Charles Chapman (born 7 September 1997) is an English actor of theatre, film, and television.
　　Chapman is arguably most well known for his portrayal of the protagonist, Billy, in Billy Elliot the Musical, and his role as Tommen Baratheon in season four onwards of the hit HBO television show Game of Thrones.
